• For installation, five crucial wires are required: neutral, fan load, light load, line, and ground. Ensure the existing switch includes two distinct load wires for both fan and light, along with one neutral wire. This switch is not suitable for 3-way or multi-way configurations, nor can it be used with circuits featuring multiple dimmers. It supports pairing solely via 2.4G Wi-Fi (5G is not supported), does not require a hub, and is incompatible with HomeKit. The switch dimensions are 4.13 inches in length, 1.73 inches in width, and 1.38 inches in depth.
• Compatibility Requirements for Bulbs and Fans: Doesn't support smart bulbs and is only compatible with dimmable non-smart lights. The maximum load for LED/CFL bulbs is 150W, while incandescent bulbs can go up to 300W. It is not suitable for fans with built-in remote controls, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi systems, as well as DC motor fans and exhaust fans. If a fan has a canopy module installed, it must be removed.
